You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share access to purchased products, info-products, or community materials.

6. Community Conduct

Participation in Quantum Shadow and any associated community is subject to community guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or these Terms, without refund where permitted by law.

The Services and any educational or info-product content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes, income, or success.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giomarketer LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
